Organization! Ah! That was my reaction to the "O" word. My wife, Judy, is the most organized person on the planet. My work area could induce vomiting at a poison center. Then along came Signature HomeStyles. Now here is organization that's pretty. No longer was there visual clutter...there was a room. There was unity with style. No longer a work area, it became a living space.
 
 

Classic Organization
Allow me to clue you in on some of my favorites. Let us start with my new love. The Classic Tray-Top Cube, of course. I think they make great coffee tables. Two side-to-side in front of a sofa make an ideal surface to put drinks on. Just flip the tray and there you go. I also like the fact that if you knock over a drink, the lip on the tray keeps it from getting on the carpet or floor.

 

The Cubes also make great side tables. I am a rug hooker and they are great storage space for my materials. I put my project and supplies in the Cube out of sight. When I want to work on my rug, I flip the tray up and there is my work table. Hey, how about a bedside table? If you have the space in your bathroom, a Cube will give you storage space and a place for magazines and books.

 

And what about those Classic Hanging Shelf Sets? Talk about a stylish way to increase space in your closet or pantry! I like to alternate the toffee and espresso to create a checkerboard pattern. Hang them in your living area as shelves and create nooks for frequently used items. In the guest bathroom, you can place those frequently forgotten items your guests leave at home. It is almost like doubling your shelf space. One long single shelf above your desk or work table will give you so more organization space by using these hanging units.

The easiest way to get into the organization mode is to start out with a set. Groupings are great. Pick a room in your home where a set would fit, and you are rocking.
